Cindy Suazo

Cindy is a licensed Realtor© with RE/MAX Town Centre. After 10 years in the mortgage and banking industry, Cindy's passion for real estate led her from helping clients finance their dream homes to helping them FIND their dream homes. She is dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to finding the perfect fit for her clients. Her wealth of financial knowledge allows her to remove obstacles during the home-buying process that stop other agents in their tracks.

Cindy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Universidad Iberoamericana in Santo Domingo, as well as being a licensed Series 7 banker. She lives and works in Winter Garden, FL – the largest area for new home construction in the Greater Orlando area. She is passionate about her community, volunteering at local elementary schools. When not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband Andrew and their children Sofia and Thomas, scuba diving, cooking, and enjoying the best that the City Beautiful has to offer.

Andrew (Drew) Martin

Andrew is a licensed Realtor© with RE/MAX Town Centre. At the age of 14, he began working in real estate, helping his father fix investment houses in his hometown. He graduated from the United States Military Academy (West Point) in 2002 and served as an Army Engineer officer. Following active duty, he spent nearly ten years in construction and facilities project management, managing over $70 million in projects. Andrew launched into real estate full time with his wife Cindy at a small firm in downtown Winter Garden before joining the RE/MAX Town Centre team.

“Between the Army and my career, I have lived literally...everywhere,” he says, “and Winter Garden is the best place I’ve ever been.” In his free time, you can find Andrew in his garage gym, scuba diving, or walking Disney Springs with Cindy and their children Thomas and Sofia.
